“ We popped in to get away from the cold and to grab a hot chocolate, not knowing anything about the cafe. The biscoff hot chocolate was incredible, as was rhe Ruby! We had a great chat with the staff, who were welcoming and kind. I just wish we had time to eat because the food looked phenomenal! ”
“ Had a fine experience in Bibis today. Staff were friendly enough and left me to it after giving me my food, which is always good. Really, the food was delicious and presented very well. The only downside was that my table hadn’t been wiped properly and I didn’t notice until my sleeve was crumby, lol. No biggie, it was fairly busy at the time. Nothing a wee napkin couldn’t fix :) I will be back! ”

The guy serving us was really friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. We only ordered two lattes, but they were absolutely spot on smooth, rich, and not too strong, just perfect for me. Food also looked excellent when being dished out to other customers. What really stood out was how thoughtful he was with our dog. He kindly offered a biscuit but noticed she was quite shy. Rather than pushing her to take it, he gave her space and time to feel comfortable, which we really appreciated. It’s the little things like that that make a place stand out. Great coffee, great service, and very dog-friendly! ”

There's not a lot done here to explicitly create an atmosphere, but it has an atmosphere nonetheless. It's a place that feels timeless, as though you can feel the memories left by everyone who has been here before. The food is unsurprisingly excellent. I enjoyed a firm Scottish scone with hearty carrot soup. This is a place where you consistently want to spend time, even if you do not quite know why. ”
